The Barfly Social Club was formed with the expressed purpose of having unique and twisted fun by seeking out and going to new and as yet unknown drinking establishments in the Denver area.

We meet, at this point, on Thursday nights at a predetermined bar. We try to get to at least one other bar that same night. I say try, because we often get to drinking so much and having so much fun at one place that we just don't make it to another. It's all about the fun, anyway, so we go with the flow like that. We generally decide at the first bar where to go next, as where we go is somewhat determined by who shows up that week, what we're in the mood to do, and how far we'd need to travel to do it. |
| We are writing our impressions of the places we go in a journal and making this information available to everyone via the internet. Soon, there will be a much more comprehensive assessment of each place we visit, but for now, this is what we've got. We hope you find it valuable, and hope that you can use it to find new places that you like, but didn't know about until you met us. |

If you are interested in joining the club, we welcome you. We enjoy diversity, and the best way to get a complete picture of the places we go is to get a lot of different people's points of view. Simply watch the web site or join the mail list and show up at the predetermined place. We usually decide on Tuesday where we're going the following Thursday.
