Cricket On the Hill

The Scene : Cricket on the Hill was the place to be this night, because of the live music entertainment factor. Playing this night was fellow fly Steve Cobb, and the band of fellow flies PornFly and MagnumPFly, The Future Presidents. The largest fly turnout yet - over 25 people. It was great fun. Gabor's, which is right next door, provided the perfect starter spot.

Jammin on the hill! Great little hole. A lot of fun people. Spice of Life - takes all types from the leather biker look to the eclectic grungy drug dealer sort. All in all great people. Another night with the future leaders of "US" (isn't that P.C.) Other than my initial run-in with, um, let's call him "Troy the biker" (I took his chair and in return he demanded my name and a conversation - I denied him both), I had a rockin' good time. Who would've thought I'd be sitting in a bar in the middle of Denver watchin my fellow alum plucking his beloved viola and sharing his vocal talents with us? It brings a smile to my face every time!
