The Scene - Nalen's was the last stop on this night, preceded by Trios Enoteca, McCormick's, and the Cruise Room, and we were pretty wasted by the time we got here - not to mention by the time we left. Nalen's is one of our former usual spots, so we felt right at home getting hammered...

Drunk....I admit it! Nalen's pours the best Guinness in town. Quaint atmosphere, actual IRISH people work @ the bar. Never a disappointment for the boys.... Desperate ladies. They have "Golden Tee" ... sublime. Very homey, no special stress, no yuppy hang-ups. One of the best "last call" bars in town. Sorry about the penmanship - MagnumP.Fly

Okay - all I can say is that this is my first black & tan and I LOVE it!! Nalen's is pretty cool - it's a lot like the back home-hole in the wall bars but it has great atmosphere. The smell leaves a little to be desired, but I can see myself hanging out here again. Sometime in the future, maybe. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 7 - but I have yet to see a 10!!!! - ?

This place rocks. I came here the first time on my 21st B-day. I love little dives like this - kickback - drink beer. I like laid back bars!!! - ?

Desperate Ladies??? Desperate men best suits the atmosphere! I haven't been to an Irish Pub I didn't like, so it's hard to say. Good drinks, good conversation, what's better than that? - Jesse

Nalen's - Irish prototypical, but even prototypical pours a great Guinness. Ladies - not many - but I've been here when it's been good. Reggae in an Irish pub - that's Denver for you. Small, loud, fun if you're into it, but isn't everything? - FireFly

So this is the first time I have been here. I am absolutely enjoying myself. Seems to me one of those long last but not so last minute bars. Very personable people loving to love it. Soo...therefore you have to love that!!!! Pardon me for being one of those people??? Look at us having a fantabulous evening. What a wonderful evening it has been!!! - L
