Cinco de Mayo - Born in Ohio (or Michigan). On to Tico-Tico, alias MENUDO! We are the only Gringo's in the place. But - the locals are friendly and promptly laid out their quarters to challenge us @ pool (after telling Super that his hair is cool and they've only been in the country a short while) I want the turquoise booths to call my own. Tico-Tico complete with Latino power ballads and polkas. We lost our dibs on pool, but the locals are completely willing to entertain and gawk at the gringos. Everybody knows though that were in "tierra del gringo". They may not tolerate us for long, but I could appreciate the music all night long. - ButtaFly

The Tico-Tico club - the Latin dive. Really, really cool. The artwork in the back room to be marveled at. The sink for the men's room is in the front bar!! Music is awesome! I feel like I'm at a carnival in Puerto Vuerta It fits. - FireFly
