The Scene : We took over the York St. Cafe - not hard considering we outnumbered the non-clubbies 19 to 4. Nonetheless, it was a good stop in that few of us had been here ever before, and we all got a chance to hang out and have a great time together, again! Several newbies to the group tonight, and the biggest turnout yet. From here, the Street's of London Pub was a sharp contrast...

The Buzz From The Flies

Very dead tonight. It seems to be the playground for the alternate lifestyle. Lots of same sex couples - that's cool. It is a very cool looking place - trendy - they have live jazz on the weekends. I'd come again. - BB

Fantastic atmosphere - relaxing yet extremely classy/classic. A wonderful place for young couples - trendy maybe - but an overall fun place to be! - ?

Out of Guinness, but then teased me with a Great Divide Pale Ale in a Guinness glass. Cool music. My first experience with the group, but at least they had enough people to fill the bar. Nice atmosphere. - DeadFly

A D.J. ? - Cool. Drink prices good. Nice environment. It's always refreshing to see what cherry millwork will do for a space. Otherwise, if its not for the club this place would be dead. Time to be looking to market the "Club Discount"? Maybe not. Anyway - the email said 8:00 to 8:30. How come everyone was late? - TikiFly

Righteous - $2.95 Saphire and tonics happy hour. Our bartender has the tact of Alfred (Batman) but the body-face-teeth of a crack whore. The crew is gettin bigger --- good thing we started here -- as we're the only patrons. Kinda classy, I'd like to be here for late night. Decent tap selection, ceiling fans, comfy stools (not like the one's EZ takes). Upstairs table for that romantic rendezvous. Don't come to get laid...unless you bring your own. - MagnumP.Fly

Lots o' room here but great turnout. 19 people. dead but cool. - UncleFly

It has really nice teak trim and no Mount Gay on the shelf - ButtonFly

Just given a Saphire/tonic - the right thing for the D-J spun jazz. Empty, but still cool. Great date place. Good drinks. Average menu with a couple of semi-twists. Lots of corners to sit in. - FireFly

This place could be cozy, but not on the music devoid Thursdays, where lonely DJs spin jazz to the crowd of us and a few lovers. Would like to check this place out for Sunday brunch or Wednesday blues. - Ephraim

My first time here with these people and in this bar. Great people - friendly and fun. Will definitely be back. DJ? Not so sure about him - Shannon

Dude, this is the best place to bring multiple chicks. If you are searchin, search no more. You have dank food, live blues on Wed., Jazz on Fri. & Sat. No one is here on Thurs. except us. Devote 2 hrs to some chick and if it works, good. If not go play. - SuperFly
